Most tiling problems come from bad prep. We level, prime and tank before a single tile goes up — even if you can't see it.
Cuts you'd brag about
Mitred edges, niches, listello details. Where another tiler would caulk a gap, we'll cut a tile to fit. That's the whole job.
5-year workmanship
If a tile comes loose or a grout joint fails inside 5 years, we come back and fix it. No charge, no fuss.
